Connecting to the Server

When you connect to our game servers, we collect and log the following information:

  • Your IP address
  • A hashed hardware identifier (HWID)
  • Your account UUID and username
  • Any data you explicitly input and save (e.g., character preferences)
  • Logs of in-game actions and chat, including private messages with staff

These logs are primarily used for enforcement of server rules and detecting rule violations such as ban evasion which is common in most if not all multiplayer games. Connection data (IP, HWID) may be shared with trusted server administrators but is never made public. Logs of in-game actions may be made public, and this can include private conversations had with server administrators where needed.

To detect and prevent VPN-based ban evasion, new player IPs may be sent to the third-party IPIntel service for authentication. Users may request an exemption from VPN restrictions via our forums, which will also stop their IP from being shared with IPIntel. IPs of existing players are generally not sent.

  • Your Patreon supporter tier if you have linked it through discord
  • Your discord account username and discord ID if you have linked it to the game
