Firearms are the primary portable offensive weapons necessary for any infantry combat, whether offensive or defensive. Killing xenos without firearms, or defending against being captured without them, is nearly impossible. As such, the life of a marine or survivor often depends on their choice of firearms.

Firearms are divided into two main categories: small arms and long arms. They function fundamentally differently and require different levels of skills training to use.


Firearms are separated by Faction, with UNMC designs commonly found across inhabited space.
